Task Scheduler

The Task Scheduler enables users to schedule automatic report execution.

Click the Task Scheduler button  in the toolbar to open the Task Scheduler window.

Select Task. Select an existing task or create a new task.

Task Name. Display and edit a task name (by default the program uses "TaskX" for every new task created, where X is the first available number).

Delete. Delete any selected report.

Task Title. Enter the task title. Task title will be printed at the beginning of the document.

Enable. Check this box to enable the task.

Run Task on. Select either day(s) of the week or day(s) of the month.

Start. Type your desired starting date and time (e.g. MM/DD/YYYY 12:34 PM) or use the drop-down calendar and hour/minute sliding bars instead.

Repeat Every. Select a repeat interval time from the drop-down list (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 12 hours).

Expire. Enter the task expiration date.

Last Sent Date. Use this field only if you want to repeat an already executed task. Select the desired date and time for beginning the repetition of this task.

Report Name. Select the report name to be executed during this task.

Time Span. Select the time span, if it is required for report execution.

Language. Select the language for the selected report.

Time Zone. Select the time zone for the selected report.

Time Zone Offset. If you selected "User Defined" time zone, enter the time zone offset.

Add CSV File. Check this box if you want to receive a CSV file with the report data.

Email Address. Enter the email address(es) of the recipients of this report. Separate multiple addresses with a semicolon (;).

Test. Test the designed task.

Send. Test the task and email the result.

OK. Save changes and return to the main view.

Cancel. Cancel all changes and return to the main view.

Apply. Save changes and keep the Task Scheduler window open.
